We organised and executed the flagship 13th Annual Cycle Day for Travers Smith, a one-day, fully supported, full service cycling experience through the Sussex countryside.
Our role
-
Route design, mapping, reconnaissance and risk assessment of three bespoke routes (~40km, ~70km, ~100km) tailored to different ability levels.

A 13-person Red Fox crew delivering seamless on-the-day operations: 10 on-road ride leaders, 2 mobile mechanics, and 1 event support lead.

Two fully branded Red Fox support vehicles providing mechanical cover, logistics coordination, and roadside assistance throughout the day.

Professional event photography by our official partner - Tour of Britain photographer - riding pillion to capture dynamic on-road imagery.

Coordination of a guest elite cyclist, Olympian Alice Sharpe, to inspire riders and engage with clients throughout the day.

Full hire bike management, including delivery, setup, allocation, and collection post-event.

Mobile catering and coffee support at rest stops, plus a sit-down lunch service at a curated countryside venue.
