Accenture Office to Office Relay

We delivered Accenture’s first nationwide multi-discipline Office-to-Office Cycling Relay - uniting colleagues across every UK office to help raise £100,000 for The Multibank.

Cyclists in matching purple 'Accenture Making Time Count' jerseys posing under a large tree with bikes, near a white building and support van.

Our role

  • End-to-end planning, coordination, and event management across 12 UK offices and 3 activity types (cycling, running, walking)

  • Route design, mapping, reconnaissance, and risk assessment of every cycling and walking leg

  • Rotating Red Fox support team over two weeks: ride leaders, support vehicle, and mobile mechanic

  • Logistical planning between offices - managing handovers, vehicle movements, nutrition, and timing alignment across regions

  • The ‘glue’ between local organisers and national coordination - ensuring continuity, communication, and consistency across every discipline

What our clients say

“Massive thanks to Richard and Red Fox Cycling for making this happen. The greatest compliment to Red Fox is that it just happened - over the two weeks every cycling leg involved a brilliant route, all participants were looked after and well supported over the 2 weeks, on time, safely and with good humour. Chapeau to the gang and thank you!
